How is such a progressive program possible?
Our clients make more progress in their treatment in less time because they are matched with an excellent therapist suited to their needs. Many traditional EAPs simply focus on the number of sessions – we focus on the quality of each session.
We don’t have employees using sessions needlessly because of the “use it or lose it” mindset that occurs when a limited number of sessions are available each calendar year. Our service is always there for them, so they only reach out when they truly need it.
